Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5/14/2026

Hannah & Milo (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the website hannahandmilo.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we treat information when you visit the Site.

1. We do not collect personal information

The Site is informational only. We do not ask for, collect, or store personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, photos, or account credentials. We do not require you to create an account.

2. Children's privacy (COPPA)

The Site is intended for kids ages 8–12 and their families. Because we do not collect personal information from any visitor — including children under 13 — we believe the Site complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact a parent or guardian and have them reach out to your domain registrar so we can investigate.

3. Location

The “Local Fun” page can ask your browser for your approximate location to help fill in a city name for event searches. This happens only if you tap the “Use my location” button. The location is used in your browser to build a search link and is never sent to us or saved.

4. Cookies and analytics

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics services to identify individual visitors. Your browser may store small amounts of standard technical data needed to display the Site.

5. Third-party links

The Site contains links to other websites (such as Amazon, YouTube, and educational tools). When you click an external link, you leave our Site, and the privacy practices of those third parties apply. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was most recently changed.

7. Accessibility

We strive to make the Site accessible to everyone, including users with disabilities. If you have trouble using any part of the Site, please ask a grown-up to let us know.
